Returns Eligibility:
Products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the original delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, modifications, scratches, or abuse.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Return Authorization (RMA):
Before returning any product, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our support team.
Returns shipped without an approved RMA number may be rejected.
Restocking Fee:
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the product condition, packaging condition, and manufacturer requirements.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Once inspected and verified, we may offer:

- Store credit

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 7–10 business days for refund processing after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our shipping error or a confirmed manufacturer defect.
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. Radio Tech Global Communications is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Warranty Information:
